Cognitio Corp’s Roger Hockenberry Selected to Present On Innovation Strategies at 2015 DoDIIS Conference

Cognitio's CEO Roger Hockenberry is widely known in the technology community as a thought leading CTO with a proven ability to innovate in service to enterprise objectives.

Roger brings a unique background with proven past performance in everything he does. He has helped transform startups into powerhouse firms (including Netscape, the firm that changed the world by making the web browser a workable reality), helped design and accelerate the technologies in Sun Microsystems through their period of highest growth, rose to be a Vice President and Managing Partner at Gartner where he oversaw all activities in practice areas of Health Care, Intelligence and Security (focused on client outcomes). Roger is widely known for accepting the call to government service. While in service in the intelligence community as a CTO he brought about increased innovation and accelerated technology to some of the nation's most important missions.

Now at Cognitio Roger has been applying lessons from his past in enhancing transformation, enhancing cybersecurity and enhancing use of data holdings of multiple organizations across the government and commercial landscape.

Roger's background in driving innovation and transforming the capabilities in government resulted in the leadership of the Defense Intelligence Agency selecting him to present at the 2015 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference (23-25 August in San Antonio).  His presentation, titled "Proven Practices That Speed Technology Time To Mission Impact", will be given at 1600 on Tuesday 25 August 2015.
